COMMIS CHEF

Farringdon

At Vivat Bacchus our commis chef is an important member of the kitchen team. We pride ourselves in working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and your role will be supporting senior chefs by preparing these ingredients. It’s a great way to advance your career, allowing you to learn cooking styles and techniques that will grow with your experience.

We are looking for a commis chef experienced in working in a similar type of establishment to join our friendly and vibrant kitchen team.  A positive, can-do attitude is essential together with the ability to adapt to new environments while always being approachable, friendly and willing to assist, and with a strong command of the English language. WAITER

Vivat Bacchus Restaurant and Wine Bar is looking for experienced waiting staff to join their team.

Vivat Bacchus are on the hunt for passionate, experienced waiting staff to join our growing, fun, professional team. If you are looking for an environment that is both enthusiastic and professional at the same time, Vivat Bacchus could be the right place for you.

We are a restaurant and wine bar with a passion for quality meat and cheese as well as amazing wine, alongside our weekly Wine Club events and private parties too!

Successful candidates will have a drive to work hard with career opportunities available for those who want to climb the ladder within the hospitality industry. A go-getter with a can-do attitude is what we love best, whilst being able to work well under pressure.

GRILL CHEF

We are on the hunt for a Grill Chef to join our vibrant and diverse team in Farringdon, London.

At Vivat Bacchus we pride ourselves on the high quality rare breed meats we serve to our customers which means your technique and precision must be of a high calibre. Our kitchen environment is fast-paced with a mix of frantic, fun and professional.

You must have at least three year’s grill experience working in a similar type of establishment alongside a positive, energetic ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to adapt to new environments whilst always being approachable, friendly and willing to assist.

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie, with at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar establishment to join our amazing kitchen team. If you have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and can easily adapt to new environments whilst remaining professional, approachable and willing to assist our vibrant kitchen team, then this job is for you.

At Vivat Bacchus our kitchen porter is an important member of the kitchen team. Supporting our chefs to create dishes that wow our customers, it’s the job of the KP to keep our kitchen spotless, pot wash and help prep fresh food for a busy service.

We are looking for a KP experienced in working in a similar type of establishment to join our friendly and vibrant kitchen team.  A positive, can-do attitude is essential together with the ability to adapt to new environments while always being approachable, friendly and willing to assist, and with a strong command of the English language.
