Taste Fleur de Maquis, a semi-hard Corsican cheese; Provolone Piccante originally from Sicily; Murcia al Vino, a lovely wine-washed goat’s cheese from south east Spain; Manchego, a sheep’s milk cheese from the La Mancha region of Spain; and Bleu d’Auvergne, a tasty blue cheese from south central France. Each will be matched with a wine tasting.
